I stood by the belief that “The greatest challenge is to challenge oneself.” Just like most of my peers, I was inspired to look for a job after I completed my National Service in year 2003. I was given the opportunity to work with my seniors on their start-up business. The main reason I joined them is because of my passion to touch lives. It’s the intrinsic motivation that allows me to go beyond my limits towards my own version of excellence. I benefited from talking to people with different backgrounds. With the exposure I’ve gained, I branded myself as a character developmental specialist in my field. I would like our company to be one of the top service providers in the area of character development for our young in Singapore.
