I'm acting like a tortoise, It's been a while that I've been in my own shell. I need to come out and see more things. Recently has been an eye opener while talking to people and attending courses.Basically I'm only a small fry out there, but I DO HAVE the power to develop and expand my biz further. Surprisingly, these people are my energy. Something that I thought I will never find out there. Actually all I need is people who has the same frequency as me. Opportunities are out there. It's up to individual how one can seize it and develop it into a profit making system.
Recently when I was doing EFI, I was analysing how did these facilitators serving the company become muddled to do this as a living when they are paid only 160 for a 3D2N camp. And guess what? Not as if they have camps everyday. My qn is "What is their future prospect?"
As I reflect myself on CCI, I somehow had this sense of responsibility over every single Cheerios whom served with us before. As much as I want to convert them all to full time staff in CCI so as to maintain talents, but $$ is a big concern out there. Some companies are paying a diploma rate for a perm staff when I was expecting each perm staff should be getting at least 2k plus.
Also, I talked to people who flopped in biz, and people who are successful. Frankly speaking, I gathered that one cannot be too ethical about biz of one wants to make it big. But all of them have one thing in common, aspirations! Salute to all entrepreneurs!
